Build a new system by using from source system DB Export file

Hello All,

I need to Build a new system by using exciting system . we have already started Db export on source system.

and New system also ready once export completed from source system and i need to build new system by using DB export of Source .

Please advise/Provide any system and provide pre checks before DB import on Target system pls ?

Source system :

AIX, Oracle11G and ECC6.0

target also AIX and oracle 11G already installed .
