I encountered this error when starting sap.
I have changed the environment on oraSID and SIDadm but the problem persists.

LANG=WE8DEC
NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8DEC
Kindly advice on how to change NLS_NCHAR on Oracle client. THanks in advance.
