Migration key problem during heterogeneous system copy

Dear All,

We have SAP ECC 6 and oracle 10.2.0.2 on HP-UX 11.31.

I am doing heterogeneous copy. I want to make system copy of my HP Unix SAP system to windows 2003 server. Database is

Oracle on both the server. It is only O/S diff.

I have taken export from my target system following SAPINST -> System Copy procedure

Now I have started installation on windows 2003 server using export of that file. It throws error during step 18 of 27 "Import ABAP"

"The migration key for heterogeneous system copy is wrong. SOLUTION: Enter Valid migration key"

I have tried following steps to solve the above problem but problem remain same.

1. I have again generated migration key using "Release 7.00 " for target system. Because in Target system

   kernel version at 700_REL.

2. I have downloaded kernel path 238 (for windows) same as target system and copied in windows 2003 server and start

   with old installation process again. But problem remain same.
