Hi,

 

From past few months i am observing few of the issues in DBcheck.one of them is "Table: SAPR3.RFCKEYSS # Table has no index".

i tried to see this table in SE11,but its giving the message table does not exist check name.if i check the same table in SE14 its giving the message "Not Active".

I checked this table at oracle level, its existing,but its not giving me an option in SE14 to activate and adjust database.how can i resolve this issue.

 

i am also attaching the log file for your reference.

Hi All,

 

Recently we have completed system refresh actiivty on our QUA server. In post processing activity update statstics job has been finished with error.

Error message "BR0301E SQL error -2133 at location BrOraThrEnable-1, SQL statement:". Statstics are being updated through OS using brtools. Permissions has already been set for brtools as per the SAP note 113747. Please help me to resolve this issue.

 

Required information :

 

Oracle : 11.2.0.2

Oracle client : 11.2.0.2

Dears,

we just upgraded successfully to EHP6 a test system, and at the end we noticed the tsp *702 are not empty, some table it's still inside.

For that reason we cannot drop them as usual.

We read note 1715052 ad as suggested we try to perform a reorganization to move them to the new tablespaces.

But despite we are using the latest DBATOOLS 720 (34) we recive the error:

 

BR0301E SQL error -42008 at location tab_onl_reorg-39, SQL statement:

We found  note 1290097, but does not work. The error still occurr.

How we can make table space unlimited ? what is the meaning unlimited ? can we extend table space which is showing unlimited ?

    Hallo.

I upgraded my production system from oracle 11.2.0.2 to oracle 11.2.0.3

 

I note that background job are slower.

 

For example a job ZJOB from 100000 sec. to 14000 sec. after the upgrade.

 

What could I check?

 

 

Statistics are updated.

I am installating SAP4.7d version and I am stuck in Data upload point where is error occurs. Detail of machine are :

 

Operating System           :              Linux 4.8 32 Bit (Other Higher Version are not accepted by SAP).

SAP Application               :               4.7X200 Enterprise

Db : oracle 9i

SAP Sourcing 9.0 SP11

 

 

For Deployment on SAP NetWeaver 7.3 SP03 with Database
Oracle

 

 

May I just ask you how to perform the step:

»3.4.1Identify Server

Procedure

Oracle server to create an application database schema. The schema should be
configured for a minimum of 5G. Actual database storage requirements can vary
with use. The database server must be configured for UTF-8 data encoding to
support alternate/multiple languages.«

Hi Guys,

 

 

In one of DEV system, Check Db job is hanging up. (same result when run from brtools)

 

Here is what we see in BRTOOLS:

BR0484I BRCONNECT log file: /oracle/DEV/sapcheck/cemdymqn.chk

We have faced this before where the fixed happened to be a restart of Db.

 

However, I am looking for an alternate solution this time.

Hello Guys,

 

We have observed that whenever we run the below db statistics, it makes the system stop responding. SAP System hangs until it is cancelled.

 

brconnect -u / -c -o summary -f stats -o SAPSR3 -t all -m +I -s P10 -f allsel,collect,method,precision,space,keep -p 4

 

 

 

Any clue to it? The above query comes from what SAP recommends during installation.

Hi,

I am installing SAP 4.7d in Linux and oracle 9i database. Central instance installed successfully but on database instance error is generate on Create Database phase.Error is:

Hi Team,

 

I have this strange issue where i get connected to idle instance whenever i type asmcmd from oracle user.

oracle user is part of the asmadmin group.

 

ORACLE_SID is the same as we get fro instance_name from v$instance.

 

Do we still have to set some parameters in order to launch asmcmd?

Hi ,

 

In transaction DB02-space overview, is not showing any value. Only this option doens't shows value.

 

 

I checked the notes 1002840, 868063 and 1028624. I verified that the DB02_COLL_PLAN table, the function ORA_COLL_OVERVIEW is with status "I", but I don't know if this is the real problem or how I do activate this function.

 

I tried to change the status to "A" in SE16 but the status back to "I".

 

any ideas ?

While performing system copy R3load My source system was having temparay license key , at target system My import phase for java dump is done and i am getting error while installing temporary license phase

We have done few more oracle data guard(Physical manual with maximum performance) project for sap all version and We have configured manual switch over and manual fail-over concepts.

 

But client asking us to do automatic fail over Oracle Data-guard.For this will configure in DB and OS.

CRM Production Database Growing increasing continuously so
we will plan to do existing objects advance table compression and Lob objecting
compression.it will get some gain of space.

 

 

My question is it viable way to perform compress the table?
If so how do we approach further?

 

 

Is there any possibility of performance issue we may face on

Hello,

 

I installed a SAP system with an Oracle database (11.2.0.3) on a Windows Server 2008 (R2).

Now I want to install a graphical oracle manager application and I read that the Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) is one of the best applications for this purpose! So, I did the download of it in the Oracle official site:

I know that SAP recommends to do the management of oracle database in SAP systems through BR*Tools but I need/want to install an application for that purpose (a graphic application instead a command line as is the application BR*Tools)!

 

The problem is I tried to install locally (in the server where is installed the SAP system and the Oracle database) the Oracle Enterpise Manager (Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 3 Plug-in Update 1 (12.1.0.3)) but I don´t know why it show me an error:

 

Could not create the connection string Connection to database failed

 

Next I will post here all the print-screens of the installation OEM wizard, therefore can you tell me what is the problem here and how can I solve it and make the connection to the oracle database:
